[Octave-bug-tracker] [bug #53841] Could not copy help collection to temp

From: Mike Miller
Subject: [Octave-bug-tracker] [bug #53841] Could not copy help collection to temporary file. Cannot load sqlite database driver! with Qt 5.12

Follow-up Comment #39, bug #53841 (project octave):

So your theory is that a QtHelp file successfully built with Qt 5.11 cannot be
used as-is with Qt 5.12, that some kind of sql update procedure needs to be
run and is run by Qt automatically when it is opened the first time?

Is there an explanation for why copying the file to a temporary location and
opening it from there doesn't work? I still don't understand that part. Is
that a problem in copyCollectionFile, since it's a Qt library method, it also
requires that the original file be writeable by the user? Can we just use a
normal file copy method instead of whatever copyCollectionFile does?
