[Octave-bug-tracker] [bug #53841] Could not copy help collection to temp

Subject: [Octave-bug-tracker] [bug #53841] Could not copy help collection to temporary file. Cannot load sqlite database driver!

Follow-up Comment #33, bug #53841 (project octave):

I think this is still a bug in Qt. We explicitly use copyCollectionFile to
copy the help collection to the writable temp folder. And I sure can find that
file there, too (oct-qhelp-*). Why is it necessary to modify the original file
for this?

As a work-around: Can that specific folder be created with write access for
all users?

If that or another solution is not easily possible, it might be OK if the user
had to run Octave as administrator once. (But I don't really like that.)
