I did?  When I went back and looked it really looked like that was
Richard Coleman.  But nevertheless ... what interactions are there with
other nmh processes?  Are we talking about possible message overwrites?
(In other words, the next message is "12" and two rcvstore processes
try to write to that).  Huh, actually, it looks like folder_addmsg() does
the right thing there.  So, if there are other interactions ... let's
spell it out and understand what can go wrong.

(I can maybe believe that there might be a race condition somewhere with
some of the new messages not making it on the unseen sequence).
