if you had used 4.5.3 it would of been 500% simpler and easier

and im stioll not convinced it will work as it should even now

especially if your getting this kind of strange error.

 

4.5.3 just works :)

I actually got NeL to compile with STLPort 4.6. I’m now trying to compile some of the tools and samples. One of the tools is bugging me though – it complains about the c_str() being an unresolved external symbol! Could that be because I’m using STLPort 4.6? But then how could I compile nel? That doesn’t add up.

 

I’m so confused J

no you have to use stlport 4.5.3   ,  4.6 does NOT work with windows compiles of nel

in any shape or form

 

i believe nevrax reported the bugs to stlport but they are not fixed as yet
