[Nel] patching strategy

Hello,

Due to the number of patch, we decided to split them to each team.
So, please, as possible, send us one patch per category. There's 3
categories:
- NET, SOUND, MISC it s for me, lecroart
- AI it s for ai team chafik
- 3D it s for 3d team hulud
Add @nevrax.com to send a mail to the lead patch manager.
So If you have a big patch that do some modifications in more than one
catagory, please split it in 2 or 3 patch. In this way we can know who have
to look inside the patch and apply them if necessary
