Yes, kind of:

  nano +123456789,123456789 yourfile.txt

If you just want to start on the last line (and not fully mimic
the behavior of Alt+\), just the line number is enough.

  nano +123456789 yourfile.txt

If the files you edit are always of human size, you can use
a smaller number.
