There's no standard policy, but I don't see any reason for a new ticket;
we just need to state clearly what the resolution is.

It would be nice to catch everything, but it's more important to fix the
ones we know about.

Adding a test of "ls certs" to that test makes sense.

cd .../monotone-build_mingw/
./run_func_tests -d <test name>

the test name is matched against all the tests, so:

./run_func_tests -d date_formatting

will run just that test,

./run_func_tests -d db_

will run all tests starting with "db_"
