Hi,

so, I played a bit with it and here is a patch to illustrate the use
of the new logging function. It works well, when setting verbosity "mct"
I can en-/disable logging with set verbosity_level debug|info on the fly.

It took me about half an hour to guess how to implement the
macros, if I coded some unusefull stuff please tell me;-)

> From my point of view it makes sense that my public cores have
--enable-verbosity=debug and verbosity_level=debug.
