[GMG-Devel] Gitorious aquired by Gitlab

Hey there

Gitlab has announced, that it has aquired gitorious [1] and all projects 
are asked to move, since Gitorious will shut down in May this year. 
Gitlab offers a community-edition which has a MIT licence, but they do 
run the proprietary Gitlab CE version on their public hosting site 
gitlab.com [2].

Since Mediagoblin has moved from Transiflex to an FOSS solution, because 
they switched to a non FOSS licence, it’s likely that a switch to 
gitlab.com is not a valid option to go, right?

Since gitorious will go down quite soon, it probably would be best to 
look for a valid alternative soon.
