Sorry about the re-send in this.  This explains why this was never sent
out :)

I had some really old emails that were stuck in my "queue" folder from
when I was writing email while offline and I hit "f" and flushed them
all out... I didn't even know they were there!

I really need to improve mu4e in this area or something!
