I always use "Numbers act as arrows" and the keypad to navigate. Lynx is
smart enough to automatically go into "Numbers act as numbers" when numbers
can be used, like in forms.

If that doesn't change the behaviour I describe above, I have nothing
against it. I'll always use "Keys act as arrows" and "Not numbered". If that
makes the user to have to change the options to "Keys act as numbers" when
in a form to be able to enter numbers, then I'm totally against it.
