NO! (a) change the user manual (for good ideas like this).
and (b) as with trn, when a user starts running a NEW version
of lynx, TELL HIM THAT, and TELL HIM WHAT'S DIFFERENT -- at
least things that are MODIFIED.
And, ASK him if is ok to delete this "new version message" for
the next time. (He might say "no"! trn gives you no such option).
