Follow-up Comment #19, bug #26309 (project lwip):

One option in opt.h will define the behavior of SO(F)_BROADCAST on recv
operations we want. Two options (like I proposed) avoid to break any
application.

But if you want, we wan add something like IP_RECEIVE_BROADCAST.

I have a small preference on the opt.h option, because due to the lwIP
resources pool, it could help to indicate a potential problem to port
maintainers (I suppose their read more the opt.h than the CHANGELOG, but
perhaps I'm wrong).

Tell me if you have a real preference, both solutions are ok for me.
