Follow-up Comment #10, bug #26309 (project lwip):

I think SO_BROADCAST shouldn't affect TCP connections, so ip_input might not
be the best.

Thanks for clarifying what SO_BROADCAST does: after reading comment#6 I think
it's better not to worry about shutdown for now.
