Yes. But I think there are many places where the replacement is needed in
order to safely set LWIP_NOASSERT to 1!

I'm currently looking through the stack and changing some files. Maybe dhcp.c
has a little much error checks... but for the rest, I feel it's needed.

I'm not changing LWIP_ERROR for now since I already have made the changes for
the current define...
