Font change wanted in table of contents

My TOC comes out with a bold font and it seems a bit heavy. I would
like to use Base, or the style in the User Guide, instead of Bold but
have no idea how to do it.

The only thing I've found which seems relevant is @ContentsFont but
changing that in @DocumentSetup makes no real difference; it gives no
errors but using @ContentFont instead does give an error so it's doing
something. The mail archive doesn't even mention @ContentsFont so I've
reched the end of what I can do unaided.

If anyone can help, I'd be very grateful.
