If caller is in IPv6 network and callee in IPv4, callee side can not 
resolve IPv6 address for RTP. Error message:

_bctbx_name_to_addrinfo(2001:2::aab1:fd45:2632:42a4:229b): getaddrinfo 
failed: No address associated with hostname
_rtp_session_set_remote_addr_full(): cannot set RTP destination to 
2001:2::aab1:fd45:2632:42a4:229b port 7076.

Any idea why?
