Dear Russell, Thank you for your reply. I would like to know the minimum requirement needed to implement VOIP in Mauritius. Also, if you can confirm if you have any company in Mauritius using your VOIP services.

I am interested. First thing to do is make a topology map. Then use mtr to characterize the latency, jitter and packetloss from edge to edge.
