Alkan uses an F triple sharp in at least 2 works:

Quasi-Faust, the 2nd movement of Grande Sonate op.33:

Allegretto alla barbaresca, the Concerto's 3rd movement, which is the 10th of the studies in the minor keys op.39:

As far as I know, Chopin never used triple sharps or triple flats.
