Reducing Gobo Eiffel just an unpaid version of ISE is unfair.
Supporting the same dialect of the language does not mean that
Gobo Eiffel is like ISE. One of the main differences is that
it uses completely different compilation techniques, which allow
more optimizations. Even when supporting the same dialect,
there is room for differences, for unique functionalities, for
innovations
