[Jami] debian 9 64bit jami not working

   I installed the jami debian package on two debian 9 64bit computers and
   jami does not
   work.
   On one computer you will be able to listen audio send from the
   other computer. There is a lot of noise on the receiving computer. The
   other computer will be silent. And does not reproduce the audio
   send from the noisy computer.
   Sending text messages between the computers works.
