The API for the daemon is available through dbus, so if you do not like Python, use whatever you want.

You can see the doc in the wiki (https://docs.jami.net) and you can directly interact with it via d-feet for example.

a REST API exists but it's not up-to-date.

Best Regards.

Hey there,

Thank you for your interest in Jami, we appreciate it here. I have just tried
it yesterday and it is possible. After cloning the repo (git clone
https://review.jami.net/ring-project) you will find the python scripts in
ring-project/daemon/tools/dringctrl

You may want to see in particular the files 'dringctrl.py' and 'controller.py'.
Also feel free to contribute to our open source project if you find the need to
add some commands or just by pointing out issues on our bug tracker.

Best regards,

I would like this to.
Is there a place for feature request?

Hello.

It would be very nice if I could send message using jami using a command line
interface or more preferably some sort of API. Is there such a possibility?

Thanks
