[Jami] Official Build Repo Debian 9 32-Bit packages

Hi,

I'm Trying to get in touch with the Maintainers of the official
repository that manage the Debian 9 packages to see if they could setup
builds for 32-bit (i386) as it seems like you guys create packages for
32-bit Ubuntu, asthe version in stable is hopelessly out dated, and
crashes upon startup after I create or import an account. Which I'm
willing to gamble is fixed in more recent, modern releases. You guys
know where to contact?
