The problem is for inter-manual links, they are on nodes.  We propose 2
possibilities, non split (links are anchors in an index.html) or split
(links are anchors in per node files).  The file names of the chapter
split cannot be known when generating the manual linking to your manual,
so there has to be redirections from split manuals in node files.
