'co' problems..

hi,

I'm trying to checkout a RCS file.. and here's the error I get :

 

$ co -l blah
RCS/blah,v  -->  blah
revision 1.11 (locked)
co: nip: Operation not permitted
co: see _1MJJLNc
$

 

And supposedly the file is already locked by me.. but when I open it, its READONLY..
