[Help-gnu-radius] AS5350 & Radius

I am new to gnu-radius so please bear with me.  I am installing a new as5350
into my network that will interact with my Linux Server running gnu-radius
version 1.2.  My problem is that my users will not athenticate I keep
getting the error below.


Feb 05 19:12:37 Auth.notice: (Access-Request as5350 3 "foo" CLID=9195555555
CSID=0373): Login incorrect [foo/{chap-password}]


I know I have the correct password.  I can dial into my old 3com modem back
and it works fine.  My users file is set to authenticate my users to the
sytem (see below).


DEFAULT Auth-Type = System,

                Simultaneous-Use = 2
                Service-Type = Framed-User,
                Framed-Protocol = PPP,
                Framed-IP-Address = 255.255.255.254,
                Framed-Netmask = 255.255.255.0,
                Framed-MTU = 1500


Also here is a copy of my AS5350 authentication.  Any help is greatly
appreciated.
