groff_tmac(5): Fix style nits.
* Protect sboxes-related literals from hyphenation.
* Spell "color" the U.S. way, since most of the man pages have a U.S.
authorial voice.
* Slightly recast rfc1345 package description.
* Fix doubled word.
* Fix missing word.
