    [ms]: Fix documentation content nit.
    
    Be a little more clear about traps; since we have to mention one, might
    as well be more forthcoming about what it's for.
    
    Drop comment complaining of bug; my rage has abated now that Savannah
    ticket #62191 is fixed.
