[open-cobol-list] Building using MinGW, problem

Hi,

I am new to this list and very interested in Open-Cobol, I have just discovered 
it. 
In order to get the latest version I downloaded from CVS and tried to build 
using MinGW/MSYS, my os is Win98ME. I did the ./Configure and this seemed to 
function properly. When I performed make, the following error appeared after a 
while:

bison -o parser.c parser.y
c:\MinGW\bin\bison.exe: _spawnvp: No such file or directory
make[2]: *** [parser.c] Error 1

Anyone knows what to do?
