Follow-up Comment #10, task #15128 (project gnuastro):

Also, after a bit more inspection, it seems that the  `rval` value is okay as
it states in the SPIE paper that:

"The method also recomputes the PVi_j keywords to match this new CD matrix,
constraining PV1_1 = PV2_1 = 1 and PV1_0 = PV1_2 = PV2_0 = PV2_2 = 0, so that
only the quadratic and higher-order P V terms are needed."

So it just a way to remove these terms, and so is fixed now.
