Reading that made me curious. I just checked the Hurd CVS. Gnumach,
hurd, and mig are licensed under the GPLv2. I couldn't tell on hurd-l4
as there is no COPYING file and the code comments don't mention what
version of the GPL is used.

Is there currently a plan to move gnumach and the Hurd to GPLv3?
