I explained why the GPL does not meet the conditions of an AGB and why I considered it likely that appealing _this_ part of the ruling could likely be successful without changing the overall outcome. How you can read something utterly different into what I wrote is beyond me, but then you read so much nonsense into laws and court rulings as well that I should not be surprised. -- David Kastrup
