although there are no licensing obligations to do so, i agree that an 
email/note sent to their (main) mail list is appropriate.

looking at the list we drew some time ago (published on the home page), 
and thanks to your effort Casey :-) we ticked off ARC4 and CBC.  i'd 
like to say we will include DES before the release but i cannot; unless 
somebody has some implementation they've done, or willing to do in the 
next few weeks.

i personally will be spending most of my time getting the build and 
distribution scripts finalised before touching real crypto code :-(

so much to do, and so little time to do them in.
