[GNU Crypto] mauve tests

hello there,

i just checked in the latest installment of mauve tests and amendements 
to build scripts and files.

as of today, configuring without the jce lib, make check should end 
with:

0 of 443 tests failed


the next steps are:

* import the jce classes,
* change the GCJ-friendly build procedure to make the jce lib,
* remove JUnit from toplevel and amend make and ant processes,
* check documentation,
* dry-run for release,
* update home page.

did i miss anything?
