You are not in a position to make such assertions. You are talking about other people's intentions, plans, potential plans, etc.The truth is closer to: That work is not taking place right now because there are not sufficient resources available. The current tla line of development is being maintained conservatively -- it is unlikely changes along those lines will appear on that line unless a volunteer creates them. Among the many tasks suspended for want of resources, it is not completely clear where such changes fit into the
priority list or technical plan. -t
