You're welcome and just to emphasize the obvious: that isn't what has
been done so far but what I plan to do from now on (modulo corrections
to the draft).

The question of how the voting system and group-maintained acceptance
process fits in is interesting and I didn't write about that, but I
think it is reasonably solvable.
