I use the attached short script.  Provided all the CVS commits have been
made with a ChangeLog entry, each run fetches the next CVS change 
associated
with a ChangeLog entry, and commits it to tla as a changeset.  It's 
quick
and dirty, but if I find it useful, someone else might too :-)
