Just to keep the Windows crowd up-to-date...
My patched Cygwin now allows tla import to complete successfully. The
.tar.gz file in the {archives} directory can be extracted to obtain the
original files, so it seems the import has worked.
As expected, 'tla get' appears to be failing because tar can't handle
the long paths. Not unreasonable, as I haven't rebuilt the utilities.
Still, this is progress I think.
