Sorry for replying to my own mail, but I ran a strace on the command and
this is what I got:
<strace snip>
read(5, "\36\f\0\24\0008\1\10\0\10\3\2\1\0\7\221\203F\1\0203\363"..., 255) = 64
gettimeofday({1018428615, 397766}, NULL) = 0
write(5, "\36\0\f\177\0\2\24\3\6~", 10) = 10
write(2, "Got message 1: Please call \n", 28Got message 1: Please call
) = 28
getpid() = 9237
open("/tmp/sms/unknown_9237_0", O_RDONLY) = -1 ENOENT (No such file or
directory)
write(2, "### Exists?!\n", 13### Exists?!
) = 13
</strace snip>
Allthough I changed the permission of /tmp/sms to 777 (rwx,rwx,rwx) the
same thing happened and the directory was allways empty.
The command I used was gnokii --smsreader
Mobile is:
NOKIA 5110, Model: NSE-1, Rev: SW05.28, HW4210
Gnokii version is:
0.4.0pre16
(built on April 2)
