* Misc. bugfixes (see Changelog/IRC discussions, I don't remember)

ARTHUR spear bug: reproduceable by moving to the left of the hunter before
saying "buy spear". After the Beg::motionCue following the horse being
turned completely westwards, globals 0x14 and 0x64 end up being the same
(999) in FSCI but are different in Sierra SCI (one is 997). Other than
that, everything so far looks identical.
