Yep, the change of censoring to removing was decided, because of users
finding the idea of "censoring" too disturbing. There are two ways to
change a translation:
1. Create a new keyword and remove the old one.
2. Remove the keyword from vocabulary.py, run TranslationLint.py to
remove it from all translations, add the keyword back with the new
english meaning and run TranslationLint.py again.

Method 2 produces cleaner results (since we don't need to think up a
new keyword), but there is no major difference.

I also thi0nk that change 1 could be done right away. We'll see about
change 2 later on.
