Yes it does - I was able to compile simple programs
with nemerle and mcs using pnet.

Still some stuff is broken there like Synthetic types
(aka arrays and their friends) and the Switch
statement.
I'd ask someone to fix the Switch labels , they seems
to
be one (or maybe two) off.
