The address@hidden list will be a moderated mailing list
for a while, with all postings being held by the mailing list
software until they have been approved or rejected by one of
the human moderators (currently ajmitch and me).

See below for the "mailing list charter", or criteria for
approving or rejecting messages. After a while, when we
all have gotten used to the DotGNU developers being list being
a communication channel with a high signal-to-noise ratio, we
will be able to relax the moderation procedures so that
moderator's approval will be required only for first-time
posters and for those who still make off-topic postings.

Charter of the DotGNU Developers Mailing List

The purpose of the DotGNU developers mailing list is to allow
the DotGNU project to move forward towards the next major
milestone, currently the goal is the DotGNU 0.1 release which
  is planned for end-September.

The following topics are considered appropriate for discussion
  on this list:

   * Questions related to using DotGNU as a platform for running
GUI programs, webservice programs, and as a development
platform for creating, building, debugging and improving
     such programs.

   * All technical matters that are relevant for the upcoming
     DotGNU release.

   * Thoughtful, non-aggressive discussion of project management
     concerns.

   * Discussion of possible cooperation with leaders of other,
     credible free software projects.

All other matters are considered off-topic. The visionaries
mailing list is an appropriate place for some of them.
The pnet-developers list is an appropriate place for all
pnet-related technical disucssions (there are topics which
are appropriate for either the address@hidden or
the address@hidden list... as a rule of thumb, start
a thread on address@hidden if you expect it to
be uninteresting for other DotGNU development projects
besides pnet. Please do not cross-post messages to multiple
  dotgnu.org mailing lists.

Greetings, Norbert.
