[DotGNU]ban of mdupont

A quick, sad announcement... there was another conflict with
"GNUPredator" aka mdupont on the #dotgnu irc channel, and
one of the major DotGNU contributors (who has irc op rights)
set a ban against him.  I don't know whether the ban was
meant to be permanent or not, however mdupont proceeded with
an attempt to blackmail me in this matter, saying "if you ban
me, I am going to publish all the dirt about dotgnu and you
discrimintory practices" (sic).

Blackmail attempts are totally unacceptable, therefore the
ban is hereby declared to be permanent, and to concern not
only the irc channel but also the dotgnu.org mailing lists as
well as wiki.dotgnu.org and demo.dotgnu.org

A quick comment on the "discriminatory practices" complaint:
it's totally bogus.
