This is not an isue with Github.Our official VCS tool is GIT, please try with it or ask for support at GitHub for the interoperability service.
As Laurent stated, the tag was done by hand prior to 3.5.1 release.
3.5.1 tag was done by a script, and this is the first time it occurs.
What I say is that previewsly, it worked
And now, it doesn't works as before.
