This is not an isue with Github.
As Laurent stated, the tag was done by hand prior to 3.5.1 release.
3.5.1 tag was done by a script, and this is the first time it occurs.

What I say is that previewsly, it worked
And now, it doesn't works as before.

I use SVN to install and upgrade Dolibarr.
In order to perfom the upgrade from 3.5.0 to 3.5.1 I'm trying this :
svn sw https://github.com/Dolibarr/dolibarr.git/tags/3.5.1
(it was installed with :
svn co https://github.com/Dolibarr/dolibarr.git/tags/3.4.1
And allready upgraded with :

This time, the tag 3.5.1 was not created like the others : I got this
error (Tortoise SVN on Windows)

Switch C:\wwwrootDev\_Dolibarr_ to https://github.com/Dolibarr/
dolibarr.git/tags/3.5.1, Revision HEAD
'https://github.com/Dolibarr/dolibarr.git/tags/3.5.1' n'a pas d'ancêtre
commun
 avec 'C:\wwwrootDev\_Dolibarr_'

Curiously, on linux, from 3.5.0 to 3.5.1 only for subfolder /htdocs, it's
OK
svn sw https://github.com/Dolibarr/dolibarr.git/tags/3.5.1/htdocs
