[Discuss-gnuradio] GNU Radio now builds on solaris

Hi Folks,

I've just wrapped up some configure hacking and now the head of the
CVS tree builds and runs under Solaris v8.  There's been a lot of
cleanup in the build, and I suspect that it will build under most
posix systems without too much pain.

There's a new configure option --disable-gui that removes the
dependency on Qt, yet still build the ATSC Tx and Rx code.

Now would be a good time to try those OS X builds...
