This looks like you don't have LilyPond installed to typeset the music
- on Windows LilyPond is bundled in the zip file, it should just work
out of the box and on Unix it will usually be marked as a required
package. 
Depending on what operating system you have it will be possible to find
out what is happening when the music is typeset. (If you want to dig
around then Edit->Change Preferences->Externals->lilypond will tell you
where Denemo is looking for the LilyPond typesetter).
