Well, I guess it would be a project as far as Sourceforge is concerned,
because that's what they do. But we wouldn't need to get them to host
anything, except the homepage linking to gnu and, perhaps releases.
The main point would be the homepage pointing out that the other
sourceforge page has got orphaned, so that people on the sourceforge
site would have a chance to find denemo.
