It should be more or less an open-source air traffic simulation
framework (like VATSIM) that will be based on HLA, so additional
federates will be easily integrable.
My needs include
1) simple deplyoment and use, so it can be quickly installed and
operated by non-computer experts (personal entertainment, exhibitions)
2) standard HLA interface, so the federates can be migrated to other RTI

I'm not (yet) sure what else I need.
